On the 15th of June, the group of us went down to do our CIP at Mutts & Mittens. It was indeed a fun and enjoyable experience.
We all agreed to meet at Mutts & Mittens at 9am to start our CIP work. When we first entered the office, there were two dogs in there! However, they were very friendly and did not attempt to bite us. For the first 1 hour or so, it started to pour and we could not go and help out with the animals. Thus, we stayed in the office and the manager introduced to us and stressed the importance of thinking twice before getting a pet as you have to assume full responsibilities.
Finally, the rain stopped. We went out to have a look around the place. It was actually a hotel for people to place their dogs and also a place to take in stray dogs. There was a particular humongous dog. Its name was Dayna. It suffered from skin disease when she was found. However, she has since recovered and is living healthily in the shelter. We played with her for a little while.
